Teenagers and young adults, whether they have a diagnosis or not, can often struggle with feeling good about themselves. This toolkit was developed by Rebecca Farnell, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with years of experience working with neurodivergent teens to develop self-esteem and self-confidence.
