Shared Stories, Shared Experiences: International Research on Autism and Menopause

Christine A. Jenkins
In this webinar, we interview with the first author of the largest-ever autism and menopause study. Join us to explore menopause experiences shared by Autistic people from 24 different countries.

Topics include the relationship between menopause experiences and knowledge of one’s Autistic identity; what information Autistic people need to be prepared for during the menopausal transition; gaps in menopause support, and helpful strategies used by research participants.

In addition to learning about commonly reported menopausal experiences, viewers will hear about challenges participants had accessing autism-informed menopause information from clinicians, and about Autistic traits that may impact the menopause experience.

Please join us for this important and compelling discussion!
