Children with autism often struggle with sleep. Do you ever wonder why? And how you can help?

This workshop will give you a solid foundation of knowledge about sleep and how you can support your child in developing healthy sleep habits.

The Sleep Workshop was developed by the Centre for Autism Services Alberta's Occupational Therapists and two of them will be available throughout the virtual presentation to answer your questions! These experts have their Master's degrees in occupational therapy and are passionate about supporting individuals with autism. Between them, these presenters have 15 years of experience working with children on the spectrum and their families.
